Make your proposal of your product(s) or services from the blueprints.

Submit your proposal of your Item, Product, or Service.  Provide estimate of cost to time, delivery, installation to completion.

If your company is selected, we will provide website exposure showing who you are, pictures/videos of your work on this project.

Our expectations are to sell the whole project. or any piece-product or service.

This project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2019 or beginning of 2020, before the International Builders Show /Kitchen & Bath Industry Show at the new Las Vegas Convention Center.

You will be able to display your product, trade, or service at this custom home, to your prospective clients.

You may have a representative are welcome to be at the location 4049 Hatch St North Las Vegas Nv 89032, 20 minutes north west of the Las Vegas convention center, for events.  Parking is available on-site light catering may be provided.

In addition to the IBS clients, we will have events for the high-end retail consumers in the Las Vegas Valley and those looking to relocate to Las Vegas.

We will provide you these services as part of our agreement for this build.  We expect to have your cost to us take into account future business this build will generate.  

After IBS show, we can arrange private showings or use of our 2,400 sq. ft. entertainment/event space.

Our objective is to expose a unique custom home, with innovative ideas, and unique products to prospective customers.

We expect to keep the Web Site up for several years in order to promote Esynergybuilders LLC and Your products.

We will use your products and/or services in future builds or renos.

We will be looking forward to commissions from you, after more sales are generated.

With this plan, the both of us will be helping each other after being successful.
